my Tandoori chicken recipe

Chicken ( 900 gms ) - 1 Ginger and garlic paste (1:2 proportion ) : 100gms Lemon juice ( freshly squeezed ) : 4 nos Yoghurt ( hung ) : 120gms kasuri methi : 10gms Yellow chilli powder : 10gms paprika : 20gms Red chilli flakes : 5/7 gms Sea Salt : 25 gms garam Masala : 10gms Black pepper cracked : 7gms Tabasco : a dash Vodka: 10ml Eggs : 2 nos Mustard oil : 15gms Method : Score the chicken on the breast and legs with a sharp knife. Do first marinade with ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice ( half) and salt and leave in chiller for 1 hour. Make second marination : mix eggs and yoghurt till smooth . Add all the dry and wet ingredients. Adjust the spice accroding to requirement. Take out the marinated chicken and squeeze out all the water which has come out. Mix with the 2nd marinade well and add the mustard oil at the end. Cover with silver foil and cook in a hot oven for about 15 minutes. Remove cover baste with oil and cook for another 5/7 minutes till the colour is perefect. Sprinkle some sea salt enjoy with lemon, thinly sliced onion salad and warm naan. Happy cooking
